It is commonly seen as signboards and road signs. Owing to its smooth texture, musical instruments are also made out of them. They are popularly used in sports material too. The smooth surface, accurate thickness and its durability make them a favorite material for special products.

Other features of birch plywood include a resistance to humidity. It is also very easy to reprocess it and very easy to handle. In some types of birch faced plywood the panel surface can be altered or improved depending on its application. It is important to have the accurate weight to strength ratio. They are also light weight which makes them the automatic favorite for home appliances.
